Paul Fields Peaks Rally Update

Just a update on the PFPR 18-20th July. Following a meeting with Johnny and Penny the new owners of the campsite, there are some small changes to the previous email. This campsite is on Facebook under The HOLLY BUSH Campsite

There is a pub over the road from the campsite that is open for drinks and snacks only. Preordered breakfast cobs will be provided on the campsite. Preordered food of Fish and Chips on the Friday night will be delivered to the pub. A small fish is £7. A large £10. Sides are extra and can be ordered with the main. On Saturday we will have 2/3 curries and rice approx. £11 also delivered to the pub.

I would ask you, if possible, to preorder these when booking the rally with me. We cannot guarantee any orders on the day of arrival. If you think you maybe arriving late you can still preorder, and we will keep it warm for you. You can make other arrangements for food if you wish but snacks only are available at the pub this year.

The entertainment on Friday and Saturday will be at the pub. There is no brewery tour due to there being no transport.

Teas and Coffee will be available at the control tent all weekend. There will the run out in the stunning picturesque Peak District. We will hold the usual rallyists choice vote for best bike. The raffle for our usual chosen charities (all donations of prizes greatly appreciated) will be held and a toast to Paul Fields on the Saturday evening.

Anyone wanting a Hoodie or T-shirt needs to order these at time of booking on the rally. The supplier needs more notice of numbers this year, so can I ask you that if you want one, please book and order by 22nd June at the latest. We cannot guarantee any will be extra available at the rally.

The camping will be £10 per person per night.

If you want to attend let me know the number of people and what camping you require, eg nights and unit. If you book accommodation in the area, please let me know for numbers.

Please note the rally is cash only. However, the pub does have a card machine.
