I found this bike on Craig’s List in Nashville. The seller couldn’t start it for me. No wonder, it had 4V coils and points!
Still, the price was right so I trailered it home.
I just happened to have three 12V coils so I fired it up on points before buying a Tri Spark ignition. Odometer says 16,000, and I believe it. Still on standard pistons.
New valves, guides, springs and rings, and I also rebuilt the clutch. Just needs paint.
