        On this day in 1972 I collected this new Trident from H & L Motors Stroud, it came in Regal Purple & had the UK fuel tank, as you can see it’s appearance has changed (to my liking) over the half century.

          I am sure a lot of relationships would last longer,  if one could just change a few things to their liking .

          Great looking bike .

            I purchased my T160 during march 1980 and I still ride it now. Not so many years I know but I was only 19 then! Old Triumphs are timeless, just like E type jaguars.
