Nice start, lovely exhaust bends who did them?
I you can afford it, i would replace those heavy iron front brake calipers with the much lighter alloy ones AP Lockheed CP2696 (they fit right on).
By doubling up on the iron discs and iron calipers you are adding a lot of unsprung weight to your steering axis.
Alternative is to use one 12 inch disc (lighter stainless) and with the single 2696 caliper and 13mm master cylinder
Also rear brake hub lever, shouldn’t that be t’other way up?

Hi Nigel,
Thanks… the exhaust was made by Tube Form technology at Poole. I needed somewhere reasonably local as I knew they would need the bike, and I don’t have a van or trailer (many thanks to a certain C Protheroe for transport!). Unfortunately, after I got the exhaust made, I realized that the assumptions I had made about the sprocket line-up were wrong, and so the exhaust is now slightly off centre as I had to shift the engine alignment slightly.
I would love lighter calipers, maybe once I get it finished and some miles on it. More pressing is to get the stanchions straight! I knew the yokes were bent, but I thought the stanchions were OK – once the yokes came back straight, it was obvious that they were a bit off.
Working up to yet another strip down and re-build in the next few months….

Also, yes you are correct, the rear brake arm is upside down, needed to clear the shock as the operating lever isn’t tucked away behind the footrest plate like the original T150…
