I am on a lengthy build of a Les Wiston framed North. I have been helped along the way by several great guys, supplying bits like hubs, down pipes, etc. Thanks to Chris! Can somebody give me contact details for Nigel Wheatley who is advertising for oil and fuel tanks. I have had a “short Circuit” tank made, and require a “pattern” for an oil tank. Each frame is quaintly unique and really requires the tank to be fitted to the frame during construction. My contact no is in the magazine, try my mob 07450992298. Any advice and guidence is welcome. I will be at the AGM next month, so i can pick up anything! I have just finnised my T160 build for New Zealand Triumph World Rally (now on a container ship). So i can get back to the “North”

    Thanks Nigel,

I am rather surprised that not one person other then Nigel has got back to me regarding fuel an oil tanks for North’s. There must be a few guys out there building or wishing to build a North. Come on members let’s pool our resources and make things happen! I remember clubs that pool resources, special tooling, information etc. I for one am willing to offer any tool that assists a budding engine builder, rather then gathering dust in my tool box. Have a tool listto lend to members by return or pain of riding a Honda 50 across Britain for charity!
