Any information or content you enter into the website Forum is publicly visible so please take care not to publish any personal information you don’t want in the public domain.

All personal data that is collected on the website is used by the Club only for the day-to-day running of the Club.  To take full advantage of the benefits of Club membership we recommend you agree to receive communications from us.  We will never pass on your details to anyone else, including other club members.  This is how we use your data:

• We use your postal address in order to send you Triple Echo
• We use your email address to be able to send you reminders when your membership is due for renewal. We may also wish to send you information on club events or to ask for your opinion on club matters.

Option to be removed entirely from club records:  We will normally retain your details when membership expires in case you wish to re-join.  Please email membership@tr3oc.com if you wish to be completely deleted from our records.

We take the following measures to protect your data when you communicate with the club websites:

The TR3OC website implements Secure Sockets Layer encryption, known as SSL.  SSL is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This encrypted link ensures that all data passed between the web server and your browser remains private.

All payments taken against orders placed via the website are processed via a secure 3rd party who are fully PCI compliant. No information relating to your credit or debit cards placed via an order entered on our website is held by us.
