    I only have one timing mark on the Lucas rotor (dated 68) for my 1969 Triumph Trident T150T. How do you time the other 2 cylinders?

    Are there 3 timing marks scribed on the other side of the rotor? Have I installed the rotor backwards?

    Yes it is on backwards , my R3 was that way when I pulled it apart , dont try and time it from that single line . you can use the holes in the crank if you dont want to take the rotor off
